As the design leader of the Haier brand official website revision, in communicating with customers, it was made clear that the goal of this revision is to strengthen the brand's weight in the official website, make information accessible to different users, and establish a complete user experience. . With the in-depth participation of customers, we reorganized the website structure and helped users quickly find the information they needed through a clear-level navigation system and intuitive page layout. In addition, in the About Haier section, we introduce Haier to users through the four dimensions of brand introduction, connotation, status and brand story, convey Haier's core values, and enable users to understand Haier more comprehensively.

In terms of visual communication, we convey the brand atmosphere and tone of the website through the design of color, shape, material/texture and interactive forms, and establish the DNA of Web UI design

During the design exploration phase, the design team made various attempts, and finally achieved very good results with efficient feedback from customers and the joint efforts of the project team.

During the project process, active and effective communication is crucial. Many people often ignore this point, which can easily lead to passivity and wasted work.

Being more serious, more patient, and listening carefully to the thoughts and opinions conveyed by customers is the best way to determine customer needs, obtain important information, successfully solve problems, and achieve high-quality services.
